Dear ICICI Team/OneAssist I am writing this mail on behalf of my father- Mr. Anil Prasad. He has a savings account no.- ********2517 with ICICI Bank. Today he got a call on his registered mobile no.- *********53 from your sales/third party OneAssit team (from no.[protected] at 10:32am on[protected]. My father is not too tech savvy but he never confirmed that he needs the OneAssist plan and had requested to get a call back later so that he can discuss same with me. But within minutes of the call (was disconnected), Rs. 1899 was debited from his account(same is reflected in the attached statement). It seems to us a clear case of fraud where the clients are duped of their hard earned money by quick/unwanted sales call. Hence I request ICICI team to escalate this matter to the highest possible level as it leads to distrust in your system. Requesting a quick revert (on my no.-********28) and refund of Rs. 1899 on an immediate basis. Please find the bank statement and the Invoice of the same plan in attachment.
