[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — without my permission reactivation done of my plan | |||
As per my request i want to deactivate my plan. Last year on 2018 but i still continue my plan by ur phone manager told me i[censored] want to deactivate ur plan on next renewal. U will inform u by phone call & send u a hard copy but this year 2019 without my permission they activated my plan this not ok 🙁if my amount is not refunded i would like lodge a complaint against u in consumer court.
