I had purchased mi max2 mobile phone on 04/01/2018 from tvs electronics limited (Mi website) with the invoice no : 1191211. I have bought mi protection plan for accidental and liquid damages for 1 year of worth rs 899. On last month my phone was not working properly so i goes to mi service station and given my phone for checking after they checked they declare that phone is water damaged so it will not cover in warranty. Then i registered claim two times to one assist (Insurance company) but they decline my claim against it. Please be informed, You need to take the precautions while handling the handset. In case if the phone gets damaged even after the precautions are been taken, then you can raise the claim. Your claim has been closed under negligence. While buying the policy everyone receives the welcome kit through email with all the T&C's. Request you to check the mail. Respected sir, I have received a message that Rs.1894 hasbeen charged for one assist plan.I am not interested in that and I would like to get the money.without my knowledge they have taken from my credit card .kindly cancel this and refund the money...
