My claim request is 765032 i claimed for mine screen damage phone their employee came and pick up mine phone don't gave me any other phone that is in their term and condition is mentioned. and after 25 days later send me message by email that your phone can not be repaired cause of BER (beyond economic repair) firstly they told me that company will be call me at mine nearest service center to know phone problem but they don't call me how can i believe that this phone is in ber case. After this they told me that your phone and money will be send you in 25 to 30 days by email but now they told me that they will not give me mine phone. Can you imagine that you insured your bike and due to damage company told you that we cant give you your bike due to BER. its totally harassment in their term and condition their not mentioned that in ber mobile will not be returned.
