OnePlus India — Bad customer support and fooling customer | |||
Dear Team, I have raised a concern 2 days back for my oneplus buds Z which was having some problem in hearing however I contacted customer care support center for pickup request. It is very nice of you that you helped for picking up device from my residence. Now the issue is when I got call from one plus care center they told me to give me charging cable which was received at time of purchase of oneplus buds Z. They told me to that if you will not give charging cable back We will remove charging cable from replacement which we are giving to you. Or visit customer care center and give us charging cable back and we shall give you new buds on hand. As I am travelling so I told them to send buds and if you are having such policy than remove cable and give me new buds. But I dont think this genuine way of work. I understand and thankyou for replacing buds due to its fault but I am very much shocked that who asks for a small charging cable? I had experience for replacing electronic items but never heard that in replacement they ask for such small thing back . Such a emerging company has such policy that replacing such instrument you need to give cable or accessories back? If yes please share me such policy on mail. I am very much embarrassed and shocked that customer care people are asking me to return a small cable back . I dont mind giving back but i want to make sure is there any such policy or not?
