OnePlus India — Damaged screen of 50 inch LED TV within 2 months of purchase

Respected Sir/Madam,
I purchased a 50 inch LED TV (Oneplus 50 U1S) through Jiomart on April 26 2020 which got delivered on April 30 2020 which cost me 41000 INR and within 2 months of purchase the screen of this TV is damaged. I raised a service request on 19 July 2020 and after calling them continously after a week a technician came and requested a change of screen panel or tv replacement to oneplus. I m calling to oneplus service team past one week and not getting the issue fixed. They are telling the stock is not available and they have to talk to their higher management. And i even requested for an email confirmation i still didn't received. I would be grateful if they fix my issue as soon as possible. I want a TV replacement since i bought this tv on 30 April 2020 and its just been 2 months.
