On 1st May 2022, I ordered OnePlus Nord CE 2 lite. The phone was ordered from their Official Website. The dispatch date shown on app was 2nd May but product was not dispatched till 5th May. Finally after literally scolding them they finally dispatched product on 6th. Estimate Delivery date was 6th May. Which was supposed to be the final and last day but I got Delivery on 7th.
As of my phone condition, I ticked on app but Without any Exchange Policy, OnePlus cancels my exchange and delivery boy takes the new phone with him. I was ready to pay difference but they didn't accepted.
On 7th Delivery boy took phone return with him was going to ship to OnePlus warehouse for refund.
1) On 11th May, I called and they said that product is received and they will initiate refund today. In evening, when i call they said that product isn't received.
2) On 12th same happen of 11th. First they said yes received and in the Evening they said product is not received.
They aren't able to give single correct information. I asked for email id as i was having all recorded calls of their calls, they said they don't have Email support.
