Complaint marked as Resolved My OnePlus 9R display was damaged due to the last software update give by OnePlus. Due to the display non availability in the nearest service center, I had booked the device service through OnePlus Care application and they had picked up my phone on 27.10.2022 and received by the Bangalore service center on 29.10.2022. Before sending the device, I had contacted the customer care through helpline number and they told me that the Bangalore service center have display in stock, so it will be serviced within 10 days. and after that the OnePlus care app shows an update on 06.11.2022 that Parts request accepted. Then I had contacted the customer care several times, they told me that wait for 3 days 7 days etc. Till now my issue is not solved. The customer care executives are not aware about the estimated service time for the display. Now they are telling that the Bangalore service center also don't have the display in stock. So either you should give a standby device or repair and return my actual device. That was my primary device. So I'm facing several issues for not having my phone. Please do the needful.
OnePlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
