[Resolved] OnePlus India — Mobile purchased from Oneplus8 authorised site but not received the mobile | |
I had purchased a Oneplus8 mobile through my Hdfc bank credit card on 5th august for Rs.44, 999/- order no. "M[protected]" through its official website https://www.oneplus.in In order detail it was mentioned that mobile would be delivered on 14th august 2020 then by tracking to corrier Bluedart No."[protected]" it was showed that delivery would be on 17th august. From the corrier company I came to know that the parcel is misplaced. On regular mail to company from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com not a single replay came. Had made many call also but no response. I had ordered to the company OnePlus and made full payment to the company but company is least intrested after getting payment. i want strict action against fraud company.
