[Resolved] OnePlus India — Not replaced my charger since more than 5 weeks. Only assurances given, no timelines given. | |||
Hi, I gave my OnePlus One charger (which is covered under warranty) for replacement at the OnePlus Pune service center on 7th Feb 2015. The job sheet No. of the same is: JS[protected]. Its been more than 5 weeks now. I have called the local service center and Customer care No's. many times. Only assurances are given of replacing the charger by next week, but, no concrete date is given. They are not taking any action to replace the charger. One guy committed to give the charger in 2 days, and then I didn't get it! Please take the appropriate action. Also attached job sheet copy.
