OnePlus India — One plus 10R/ I am complaining that my product got stolen

I love one plus products and all of my family members use one plus mobile phones. Its a great company so i ordered one plus 10R on 23 july and i got it on 30 july by amazon.And within 4 days that is on 4 th August it got stolen.
My concern with the company is if it can provide any help.I really need a phone especially one plus.i loved using 10R.But now I don't have any funds anymore to buy it again.Looking for a positive reply from one plus company.
