With above mentioned mobile purchased through amazon on 2017, after one year screen was not opening. Went for service to the authorized service center brigade road bangalore india, on 25/04/2018 and as per them the mobile mother board is not working. But my concern is that| i am used my mobile with more care even that all of sudden it is happen like this, please check the root cause and repair or replace. If my mobile details required please collect from service center bangalore. Nestle.com and i hope my problem is solved earliest, if not i will take this issue to next level and consumer court,
