Product: OnePlus Nord Issue: The phone has a screen repair issue. The screen just dislodged from the body of the phone. As the phone was under Warranty send the phone via pick up repair service from OnePlus. Reference ID: 9QUNDPSP8G7M The phone was shipped on 18th September via BlueDarr and received on 20th September. OnePlus acknowledged that it received the phone on 28th September. After that, there is no update on the repair in the portal nor there is any way to escalate. Calling up the customer care just give the basic generic answer that they are working on it.
