I purchase a One Plus Mobile along with Protection Plan on 28/5/2022 for which I paid all amount in advance of both Mobile & Protection Plan charges. Company said Protection Plan will be activated within 3-5 working days its being more than 75 days but my protection plan has not been activated yet, , inspite of protection plan premium amount being paid in advance.
I have raised complaints via Customer care number, Whatsapp chats & email escalation matrix mail id but my query not resolved yet. After registering complain, they provided me Reference number[protected] but my complain not resolved yet.
Request your help in getting protection plan activated on my phone or getting refund of protection plan amount - whatever is possible Was this information helpful? |
