OnePlus India — service center not considering phone for warranty, they are considering it water case and denying for free service by saying motherboard need change | |||||
Hi, i visit to Service center of Oneplus at Noida on 07-Sep-17 when i realized that my phone got dead. Purchase date was 08-April-2017. They ask for 400 INR as diagnosis charges and not considering it as warranty product because they are saying phone got dipped into water and warranty has been lapsed. at that time i was in hurry and i paid 400 to secure my phone but after some time they told me that Your phone got dipped into water and you need to change your Motherboard and it will cost around 17000, i don't know what they have done inside the room with my phone and i have serious doubt on them as they have change something. sooner i will file a case against them and drag them in consumer court with heavy compensation. i have uploaded all relevant document for there cross verification. Also don't forget to check they have given me handwritten bill(Kachha Bill) without GST no. mention on it, which is also a crime.
