My TV suddenly got turned off on 24 March. So I request for service. A technician came and check on TV. He said motherboard has failed. It will take 7 days to get motherboard from company and after tv will repaired.
After 2-3 days company send me email that due to shortage of parts your service put into hold. After 7 days I called company so they said please wait 7 days. your service will be done.But My service not resolved and also they did not give me any update about it.So I again called customer care. They give me same answer that please wait for more 7-10 days. Today is 5 the day, there is no call or updation from company.
It's been nearly 1 month that I am trying to resolve my issue but everytime customer care says that please wait for 7 days. Product has 1 year warranty but they are not providing.My warranty is about to expire. If my query not resolved in 1 week than I have to pay for service.
I have also tried to contact them through mail but they just want me to wait for some days.
If they don't have spare parts of TV and can not able to provide service then they should replace my TV or refund my money because it's been 1 month that my TV is off.
