Dear Sir, I had given your agency the job for rating of my company Magic Bricks Manufacturing Company on 25/6/2015. The required payment cheque along with all the documents were given to your representative Mr. Abhishek Shaw ( Mob-[protected]) and inspection was done by Mr sudheer singh on 30/6/2015. At the time of taking the cheque Mr Abhishek Shaw confirmed that along with rating they will also undertake the job of subsidy and sanctioning of facilities from NSIC. Since then I have been calling Mr Abhishek Shaw inumerable times but such is the courtesy extended that he has neglected my call and has not received even once. Thereafter I got number of their Kolkata office where no one is receiving the phone. After much of difficulty I got number of another representative of your Mr Nirmal (Mob-[protected]) who also after receiving my call for one or two times has stopped responding. Now I havent received any credit rating report nor any forms as promised by ONICRA STAFF all above representatives for subsidy and NSIC facilites. Each time I am calling them they are neglecting my calls and not speaking to me properly. Is this the type of service extended by such rating agency that employees do not receive calls after taking the advance payment. Is this the type of Company you are and what kind of persons you have employed. I feel i have been cheated by ONICRA and they have duped me of the money they have taken from me. I am writing this email to you with the hope that the issue will be resolved. You should also ask your representative Mr. Abhishek Shaw who has taken the cheque from to me to come to my office and complete the jobs as promised at the time of taking money. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET REFUND OF MY MONEY AS THEIR RATING IS BOGUS
