Onida — Defective Tv | |||||
Hi all, We had purchased Onida 40 inches TV and it is just been 6 months, the TV is gone and not working for no reason and also we hardly watch TV in a day like 5-6 hours but we don't have any ideas why the TV is not working. We had complaint to Onida customer service and there is no reply from 48 days and creating a mess. We contacted near by onida service station and it's still the same. We are not so jobless to be behind with all the onida service stations and initially when we purchase they informed us with good customer service but now it turned out to be a pathetic service. We need the CEO, President or Manager of Onida to address asap and need to replace the entire set of TV. The people who recently visited was: Ramanjaneya and Manager Molly who was so Mindless that he does not know what the customer service is all about.
