I purchased a 50 inch Led tv in 2016 and the same was working fine till 1st of 2017. on 1st Jan 2017, while watching the TV, there was a big noise and TV went defunct. I registered complaint for repair. The complaint number is 1701G[protected].
The service engineer visited after two days and told mother board failure and needed replacement
The next day service engineer came back with a mother board (not a new one ) but again that board also had problem and was not functional.
Now they want the Panel to be checked. When there is no proper response for replacement of the board, i am totally annoyed and confused whether to send the panel for testing.
Still my problem was not solved. When ever l Call service engineer I get same reply that the board will come today or tomorrow.
I believe that the local Service team is over burdened with lots of work, I would like to bring this to the notice of
the complaint wing so that my case would be attended fast. It is almost 12 days now and I have no clue when my Tv will be repaired.
Kindly help me out with a speedy solution.
