Onida / Mirc Electronics — After sales service issue | |||
Hello sir/madam I have purchased the onida washing machine 5.8kgs -https://dl.flipkart.com/dl/onida-5-8-kg-fully-automatic-top-load-grey/p/itmdyz3ywz4rfpqh?pid=WMNDYXX2BFJHEUJE&cm...⇄ In october, 2016 i have purchased through flipkart and the warranty has expired now after 2years of purchase, the pathetic part is there is no after sales service which i have been following up on onida -[protected] sometimes call connects or else switch off which i’m really disappointed and my current washing machine has got few problems - full sound and suspension rods are gone and it fell on my leg moving at a high speed as it got malfunctioning, which caused the damage to me and i really want this to be taken care by higher officials as soon as possible because it’s been more than week i have been trying you guys and i need complete compensation for the washing machine for reckless service provided to me or hiding from the customer whenever required and it is against the law and here is the registration case “your call (2006n[protected] has been successfully registered.” My contact details - balaram dharani kumar[protected] -flipkart order id - od[protected] No invoice still provided by flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||
