We have purchased Onida washing machine 7.5 kg model number W075SBX1LR on dated 11/nov/2015 now machine spin motor got not working last to months i have trying to call customer care and directly contact with retailer . customer care executive telling that its warranty got expired its 11 jan'15 as per executive. as per retailer its under 2 yrs. warranty please check that issue and resolved it asap. my details are below.
