I’ve purchased a washing machine and it’s under 2 years of warranty. On 8th September 2024 washing machine stopped working and I raised a complaint in Onida and they said a technician will visit in next 48 hours to resolve the issue. Since then I have been waiting and calling numerous times to Onida to send someone to address the issue and no one is bothered. The ticket number is [protected]
I need the product issue to be resolved asap
