Onida / Mirc Electronics — Faulty washing machine received | |||||
I purchased onida washing from flipkart(Order ID : OD[protected] on May 5, 2017 whose model number is (WO62TSPLDD1-ALR Splendor Splash 62). I received faulty washing machine in which shock absorber is not working and as a result we can't run the washing machine. I raised many repair requests but onida has been telling that the spare part is not available(and they don't know when it will be available) and also they are not willing to replace the washing machine which is against there 2 year warranty policy.
