2017 march, i have purchased 40 inch led tv. Within 6 months (Aug 2017), i have got an issue with the display. Raised a complaint with an id [protected]. After fighting allot, nearly after 5 months (Feb 2018), i was informed by the local service center that tv cannot be repaired, therefore will be replaced. Tv was handed over to service engineer. Even after no proper response from the local service team. On the other hand, customer care executives on phone have mentioned that your complaint was closed.
