Onida / Mirc Electronics — Led tv remote not delivered

I had raised one complaint 2 weeks before regarding my led tv remote on/off button not working. I had called 4 to 5 times customer care, they told will be given within 2 days. Each and every time when i am calling they telling the same one, will given 2 days. It is still under warranty, so that may be poor response. No proper response and also call getting disconnected often. Very poor customer service. Please support me in resolving the issue

We think and select onida is best company in environment. We bought New Led smart tv in shiva electronics at thiruvannamalai. With in three month display problem occurs repeatedly. So kindly check the problem soon sir...
