I have bought a microwave oven from sales india ahmedabad wherwin where in since i purchased it its magnet has gone damaged and since last 4 months i am in follow up with the dealer and company customer care but no resolution is provided. Pleas help immediately. I have registered my complain more then 20 times but the company, dealer is not ready to listen. The local engineer says that the company will send the new magnet heater to them and then they will replace but since llast 4 months i am getting the same reply.
