Onida / Mirc Electronics — Onida 43 inch smart tv complaint | |||||
I took onida leo43fain model and with in warrant period itself, display failed. I informed the dealer to book service call. Service team came and said it will take 15 days to replace the part with spare. They said panel failure. Now its 40days and no one contatced me. I made enough calls, emails and went to dealer to look for help. Worst customer service and warranty product service itself this is how onida take care?? I suggest do not go for onida..
