I am very disappointed by the service provided by the Onida team.
I have purchased a smart tv Onida 80 cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED smart Android TV 2023 ( Order ID - OD[protected].
We received the Tv on 18th nov 2023 & installed on 20 th nov. but the issue has started after only 4 days of installing, onwards 24th nov. The TV is not working.
We have filed a complaint - GH[protected] on 25th nov. but till today no one responding to the customer support team is only giving fake promises that we will solve the problem within 48 hours but till now no one has visited to solve the issue.
As an honest customer & being a patriot to support "Make In India" products, I feel cheated.
After this scenario I again raised a complaint on 6 Dec. (GH[protected] & got the same false promise that we will solve the issue within 48 hour. but nothing has changed. I again called customer care today ( 23dec 2023) but got a response that the second complaint has been rejected b/c we called three times but you have not picked the phone ( Totally garbage & false story making).
Please help to resolve this long pending issue.
