I purchased Onida washing machine around one and half year back. Unfortunately got it down very soon. The washing Switch is not working properly. I called the CUSTOMER care number[protected] and registered a complaint (2007/[protected] at 11:59 AM on 26th of July 2020. They gave me TAT of 48hrs, I did not got any response then I called again a representative said It is mentioned here "A technician (Qazi Sajid) visited to CUSTOMER premises and located the fault and the part is not available". It is totally a fake note mentioned I did not got any visit even not any technician called me so far. Then I called mANY TIMEs agents emphasized said We forward it on priority bases. but till now nothing is happen. I am very tired of this, I regret Why did I purchased Onida Product. Before this I was using LG did not got ANY COMPLAINT for around 8 years it worked fine. If there is anyone who can understand it please I would like to get refund.
