Onida / Mirc Electronics — onida smart tv and remote | |||
Purchased onida smart tv in july 2017. The remote was not charging properly and had to be charged multiple times. Suddenly one day remote was only able to turn the tv on and off and no other functions were happening by remote. Service centre people came and said there's an issue with mother board and it will have to be repaired or replaced with approx cost of 5-10k. There was never any problems with tv before and suddenly onida service personnel detected that motherboard is not working. This happened in less than 2 yrs. Tv remote was not even checked. Disappointing quality of tv and service from onida. This is pure loot. Was this information helpful? | |||
