Onida / Mirc Electronics — over month after no response to complaint, says parts not available | |||
On 25 october, i bought onida 80.04 cm (31.5 inch) hd ready led smart tv. I made this purchase from flipkart in my brother name on[protected]. Unfortunately, your product has not performed well and after one month o[censored]se a problem occur. I register my complaint (Complaint no. 1711hs[protected] on 01 november 2017 through your customer care. Two person from onida came to my home and said that one of the part of tv malfunction and we have to replace it. After that they said that you have to wait for one month. I have waited for over a month and still haven’t get any response. I have called to your customer care, the person who came to my home and your manager at delhi mr. Praveen kumar (Now they not pick my call). To resolve the problem, i would appreciate your response. Enclosed are copies of my records concerning this purchase. Dear sir, I Raja Sarkar, purchase a onide tv from online. IMEI/Serial No: 43FIS#17H04#00 2289 which is under warranty. It is ask from you that I extend my warranty now? If possible so what is the processor and how much amount is required?
