The product was delivered on 18th oct 2019 by flipkart against order no. Od[protected], but person from onida has not yet visited the place for demo I have already raised the complaint with flipkart on 27.10.2019 but no resolution received Flipkart return policy has also expired but we have not yet started using the product We are not getting any feedback from flipkart as well as onida Was this information helpful? | |||

There was delay in delivery of product from Flipkart & demo visit from Ondia.
we did not expect this from such a reputed e-commerce chain of flipkart.
If there is any change in scheduled delivery/demo date, then the same should be conveyed to buyer in advance Onida / MIRC Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
