My onida washing machine, which is under a warranty period is not working since the last month.
I have lodged a complaint at the onida customer centre on august 14, 2017 and was given complaint no. 1708f[protected]
On august 18, mr. Edwin came and checked the machine. He took out the pcb since it was not working and carried it with him for necessary replacement of the part.
After 3 weeks of no response from your side, i called up your customer centre on september 8. A new complaint no [protected] was registered for the same problem that day by ms. Khushboo.
Frustrated by no response from your side i called up again on september 14, exactly 1 month since my original complaint. I could speak to a senior named ms archana who assured me that she would follow up on my behalf and the part would be made available within 48 hours ie by september 16.
Today is september 19. Still no response from your side. I have called up at least 10 times. Your team refuses to give me a proper response. Ms. Archana has neither spoken to me nor returned my call today.
