We deeply regret to state that the mysore service centre has not able to provide complte service in regard to the washing machine Model No, 70DLX Complain No. -- [protected] dated 27.11.14. The above equipment was procured from M/s. Mangaldeep, Mysore K.T.Street, Mysore on 23.03.13. and expiry of the warranty is two years and now there is only 3 months left. and no service is provided. Hence, when service cannot be provided within the guarantee period why I should not take the issue under consumer court. as after the warranty period I do not feel that you people would render service.
