[Resolved]  Online Clues — Fraud in my orders

Hello, please do not place any order in this site, i am sharing my personal genuine experience to you, really this is a fraud and cheating company, i had placed a order for combo of 5 premium linen shirts from this company on 26 of april and i received the product on 2nd of may, but i was not satisfied with the product quality as well the size was also too short for me, so i decided to return the product since they had assured 30 day easy return policy, nearly i have filled the online return form for around 4 times but not even single call i received from the company, when i call to the number which was given in the companies website not even single person attends the call.where as in case if you place order you will receive a call from companies representative within a day for confirmation.friends pls its my humble request you to not purchase any of the product from this company since it is a biggggggggggggggg fraaaaaaaaaaaaud and cheeeeeeeeeeating company.finally pls do share this information with your friends so that they will not loose their money how i lost.

Very bad quality of materials, and also the mismatching the colour what i have ordered, i was ordered 3 linen shirts in with three different colours which is white / blue / khaki but you deliver pink / yellow / blue and there are no tracking option so how we can track the order is right or wrong so please take seriously and reply me quickly all detail given by me below:-

I had ordered this product by seeing the picture displayed on your site, but the product that you have delivered is not at all similar to that. You can see and compare it for yourself. I have attached both the pictures in this mail - the one on your site & the one delivered to me. I am a regular customer of jabong and flipkart but wanted to try this site for a change. And this is what I get in return - FALSE SELLING!! Not done. Very bad.
I am very disappointed with this. No t-shirt is as same as shown by your site. This is not a good thing to do with the customers. Please pick the product up from the same address as the shipping address and return my money immediately.
Please revert me by asap.

I have order combo of 3 shirts, as i got my order i seen this it totally different from the picture and quality shown while order, and stitching is very bad, colour is also different, I also had telephonic discussion with online clues customer care, he given me my complain number by just telling it's 7-8 days process only, we will solve your problem and return your amount and get back the order. But it has been 10 day but no activity i have seen and last day i have called but nobody was receiving my call, Now i totally fed from this, Please take my order back and give me refund early.

It's an absolutely fake and totally unsatisfactory website. One should never buy anything from it. Their team is also completely uncooperative. They even don't reply for their big blunders they do with their customer. I asked for t-shirts and they delivered me shirts and when I had informed them no one was answering me properly and replying me of my mails. They have described completely on their parcel packet about t-shirts and also taken money for that and when I opened it up and checked there were shirts. And suddenly after checking it I called them no one answered me properly. They started ignoring my phone and then I mailed them even then they didn't reply properly. I do have every evidence of it.
