I, shailendra shankar marathe, residing at thane, Maharashtra, booked tickets for self, wife Shilpa, son omkar for journey between Mumbai and Guwahati between 04 april 2020 to 18 may 2020. The flights were cancelled due to lock down on account of covid-19. i was contacted by online complaint legal forum for assisting in filing the complaint with rs. 1769 as charges. after making the payment of rs. 1769.00 the company representative asmita did not contacted and not responded to phone calls/ whats app messages. the telephone nos of the company are [protected], [protected]. it is, therefore requested to resolve the issue and the company be directed for refund an amount of rs. 1769.00 with appropriate intrest.
