I have not heard from online marketplace store india, formerly known as online medical store india, since 8 january 2018, regarding a refund for a failed order.

I have paid a total of rs.4935.00 including shipping.

They were not able to supply the product ordered and told me they would email me regarding the refund status. This was on 18 january. I have not received any communication since then.

I am very surprised as i have ordered from them in the past with no problem.

The packet has been already shipped on 9th march even we have provided its Tracking ID to the customer also.
Delay has been caused because of the shortage from its manufacturing company.
