I have ordered various items from this site (https://omsi.in) in January 15, 2019 (order #2810971). I have made the payment immediately, yet nothing happened. I sent them more than 20 emails asking about my order, yet they did not answer. After informing them that I will file a complaint against them to the Delhi Digital Police of the Ministry of Home Affairs, they told me to be patient and understand them that they had some problems with their orders. On April 10, they sent me the following message: ”Dear Customer, We had already shipped your order from our end but may be due to some custom issues your packet got stuck, we have already contacted our agent regarding this issue and will surely be sorting out this issue as soon as possible. Regards Peter” It proved that they lied again, as nothing happened since then. I did not receive my order and I want a refund. This kind of behaviour cannot be tolerated.
