On the omsi website, i had paid for 2 strips of restyl for my mother and had provided a prescription on omsi's request (Order number 2580449) on 28th september.
There has been no progress at all nor any action from them since.

Now its been more than 2 weeks and even the prescription wont be valid. They are not taking my calls or responding to mails. After going online, i see many such issues faced by others from omsi, and i am considering complaining against them.

Either send the medicines or refund the money!

you placed the order on 28th however I see that you sent prescription on 13th oct night which we checked on 14th. we sent it same day to the vendor and he sent the product next day(15th) after verifying the prescription. 16th courier company picked up your packet and delivered in 2-3 days. Hope issue is resolved.
