I applied for a pan card online through https://online-pancard.com/ - i filled the form on 30th june 2019 and got a mail from [protected]@online-pancard.com saying that you have successfully applied for pan application on https://online-pancard.com/ Your pan application order id is (Ri300619-dac4646) Client mobile number - [protected] I paid inr 499 through razrpay and sent the application form through speed post (I have the acknowledge slip as well) - it shows it has been delivered. I have called them multiple times it is always switched off, mailed, texted - no response. The website is very deceiving it has a government logo for swach bharat making you think it is a government website. I have been fooled - please help me get to the culprit and get my money back.
