Hello, I had applied for name change on my pan card through this website on 1st august, 2019. I paid the charges of rs 499 through razorpay, as instructed on the website. I received a completed form (Order # ci010819-nsj9837) through the email and was instructed to send a hard copy of the documents to an address in pune (Pan service centre, Office no. 403, 4th floor, pinnacle pride, Opp. Cosmos bank, tilak road, sadashiv peth, Pune 411030, maharashtra, india). I thought of checking out the actual charges and realized that these guys were charging almost 5 times the actual cost. So i requested cancellation of the application and asked for a refund immediately. Since then i have been trying to call them, sent multiple emails regarding this, but the number ([protected]) is always busy or not available and there is no reply to the email from these guys. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
