Online Shopping — a person which is selling a dslr camera

I recently bought a dslr camera from a page from quiker.As soon as i messaged the person he told me that the product will be delivered in two days. evening if i made the payment the same day. So i had a little doubht and asked him if i could trust them and he sent me a lot of photos and proofs showing the his adhaar card, pan card and other parcels photos, So i was okah with him and payed him the money through paytm and as soon as he got the money he told me that the product will be delivered definitely in two days, So i waited till two -three days and the product was not delivered so i texted him on whatsapp and he was not responding so i tried calling him in the whatsapp number and it was switched off. After two four days he message, s that the delivery boy was injured in a road accident so your product will be deliver in next two days but after two days no product is delivered to me so again tried to call him but his phone was switched off.i message him on the whatsapp but he gives no reply . There's no response from the person till date.please help me... please give back my payment of 8000Rs. in my bank account having account no. [protected](IFSC code PUNB0092000)
