Online Shopping — fraud happen with online shopping on instagram

I have ordered 1 US polo shirt, 1 Gshock watch, 1 shoes, 1 jack and jones Jeans from a instagram shopping account by Name "Fashion_store4467". I had a whatsapp chat conversation with the no provided in the instagram account about the product. They informed me that the product is reaching in 40 hours and still not yet received.
So I trusted them and paid the amount of Rs.1800/- via paytm to their no [protected] registered on the name of Shiv Kharbanda.
They assured me that the product has been dispatched but when I have not received the same as per their given time. I tried to contact them. Nobody responses after that on whatsapp and even the mobile no is not contactable.
Please help me in getting my money back and catching these cheaters and frauds.
