I ordered Public Administration super 50 by shubhra saxena for Rupees 312 -/- from www.carrerprakashan.com on[protected] but they delivered another book of pratiyogita darpan's Public administration which is 195 rupees .when I contact them they told it was technical error from server and return that book through courier so that I they dispatch Public Administration super 50 by shubhra saxena. I couriered mismatched book to them and it was delivered on[protected]. still now they sent me any book and they are not responding to my mail and their contact numbers also does not exist.

I HAVE GIVEN ORDER FOR DELIVERING A BOOK FOR MY INSURANCE EXAMS ON 29 AUGUST 2013 I WAS WAITING FOR THEIR DELIVERY FOR 6 DAYS AND FURTHER TO IT I WAS CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DAILY AND THEY SAID IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED ON AUGUST 30TH . THEY TOLD ME ON 4TH SEPTEMBER THAT THEY CONTACTED THE DELHI OFFICE AND WILL BE DISPATCHED ON THE SAME DAY I.e ON 4TH OF SEPTEMBER . I HAVE ASKED FOR THE CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER HOPING ATLEAST THEY CAN CANCEL MY ORDER AND REPAY MY MONEY ON TIME .
1.THE WEBSITE WHERE WE CAN TRACK OUR ORDER IS USLESS WE CANNOT TRACK OUR ORDER AT ALL.
THEY GIVE SOME STUPID ORDER ID WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT .
2. THEY DNT PROVIDE YOU PROPER BILL (WITH THE BOOK NAME IN IT ) WHICH THEY SEND TO OUR CORRESPONDING EMAIL ID AFTER RECEIVING THE MONEY THROUGH ONLINE.

The worst site ever... i had ordered a book on 5th october 2016. After ordering took place it had written that book will be reach within 5-6 days.. and now.. it is 19th of october. Neither i got some call nor i got any information regarding my book. No customer care no.they are having. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠. They only grab aur money.. and never give your demanded book . Stay away from them. They are cheaters

I had ordered current affairs magazine for 6 months, paid full amount Rs. 360/- on 14th August 2018 today September 27 and I didn't even get a response from them.I called them they disconnected, I mailed them and got no answer.
They didn't give any order number also so that I can track them. Cc avenue by which I made payment I only have that details. Plz anyone suggest How can I track them and atleast get my money back?
And request to everyone never deal with this fraud agency.

I reuest everyone to report career prakashan website. Block the site and stop their business so that they won't be able to cheat innocent people anymore.
I ordered 1 book online from Career Prakasahn on Dec 27th. (http://www.careerprakashan.com/order_status.php), however they have still not delivered the book
On the mail they have given me one order number to track the order, but when I look at that order number, I see 'there is no record for this orders'
So I mailed them number of times, however they are not replying
Main issue I am having is
1) I lost my money
2) If send the mail also there not replying back
