[Resolved]  www.giffiks.com — Cancellation of order

Hello Sir/Mam

I had ordered a mobile at http://www.giffiks.com/ on 7th Oct, 2012.
After confirmation on call, they were supposed to deliver my product as they had received the payment. But, after 2 days, they cancel my order just because the company would bear loss if they send the product at the price which I bought.
They ask me to pay the remaining difference price or take the paid amount back.
The product is still in stock and the price is now increased from the previous on which i had ordered.
This is absolutely no way to deal with customer and cancel the order just because they are now not earning a profit on it.

Please look into it.

We regret the incident and we have refunded your full amount.

According to your conversation with our Business manager, you were informed about the mishap from our end, Instead of 19450, 15450 was updated by one of the executives, totally our fault but according to our policy we retain the right to cancel any order at any time while refunding the full payment made by the customer.

I regret the incident and we as a team will make sure that it is not repeated but due to human intervention in these process sometimes things do get out of our hands.

I would personally want to apologize for the mistake and cancellation of your order and would like to emphasize the importance of honesty in our work ethics at GIFFIKS.com, we never have and shall never will deceive anyone of even a single rupee, If the price stated by the executives(in the rare case), if different from the website is suitable to the customer, you are welcome to avail our services if not then your complete money will be transferred to your account. This is also clearly mentioned in our terms of service.

Order No. 17169.I have ordered a hand chopper on 28th nov 2014 and the product is not delivered even after 10 days. No one is picking up the customer support number and even after dropping couple of mails I did not receive any response. I am not sure what needs to be done now.
I am having worst experience ever.
