Zansaar — order not delivered

I had ordered Musa extra virgin olive oil with order no.[protected] on 23 september 2013 and paid in full with credit card. Its almost going to be a month and I haven't received the product. Their customer care executives are making all sorts of stories and are not able to tell clearly, why the product hasn't reached me which was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 working days.

I have ordered furniture from ZANSAAR about 6 months back to gift to my caligue. I really must say that quality of product and service is horrible. I found product delivered is like second hand product because I found scratches and all .I called up customer care, Explained about product of what they have provided and the scratches on product . I am sure there was no quality check on products . I hate ZANSAAR from that point of time, They had not responding and ignored our complaint .
I have ordered furniture from ZANSAAR order no.[protected] about 6 months back...paymemt was accepted on door delivery basis at Guwahati..but later they have declare that it will not be possible for them to deliver at Guwahati..so they will processing refund of Rs.1499. But till now we have not received any refund amount from them in spite of repeated reminders... Plz help me to get back the monet
