Dear sir, ive booked few hotels at kolkata through oyo app and following serious problems i have faced during the stay and checkin:-
1. On 21 sep oyo eennra north guest house (Id oqxh0716). After checkin and payemet, i came to know geyser not installed, regular supply cut off. No breakfast as mentioned in booking. Even online complaint to oyo, problem not solved and no refund.
2. Further on 22 sep i booked oyo kohinoor (Ztqh0893). When i reached the hotel, they denied to take checkin view the oyo online price is half and they need double amount of the booking. Even after complaint to oyo the problem not resolved and i waited for 3hours in hot son on the road at hotel, view customecare told he will be resolving the issue and to wait. No one replied back.
This is a harassment to tourists and and also carlessnes of the oyo management.
Request resolve the issue and take neccessary serious action on the management to avoid future repeted actions. Was this information helpful? |
