Online Working — Refund amount not receive in my account..

Sir/mam two of my refund amount 9199 & 799 which send to my account 14th may and 25 may from amazon.in they send my account and also provide reference no. 903nywwk0000k9lb3qhz and 052081 and i have waitting almost 1 month the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained it on my branch but it didn't get proper solution of my branch manger.
So plz refund my money as soon as possible.
