[Resolved] OnlineClues — low quality & cheap material | |||||
I had recently placed an order for cotton shirts listed as 'london looks blend of 5 cotton shirts size: xl' from onlineclues. But the colour, quality, material is not the one listed on site. The shirts received were of very low quality, buttons not properly stitched, and labelled as london looks, but definitely not of that quality. This is nothing but a road side material. I know of local road side shops selling this type of shirts per kg basis. The size also which says xl is not of that size, and it was quite tight, Even though the site boasts of 'hassle free returns', my request for return/replacement for better quality and larger size has not been attended to. I have come through several websites which give such combo offers, and almost all of them have similar shirts listed, but onlineclues is definitely not a site that gives original product that is listed. Thanks to Onlineclues for refunding the amount. I acknowledge the receipt of the same. I understand that the seller has sent low quality material, and Onlineclues need to ban such sellers from selling through their site, rather than losing their reputation in the market. I withdraw the complaint of my refund request on attended to.
