I have ordered london looks shirts with colours white, blue and brown but received some worst colour shirts.

When i called the delivery boy, immediately after checking the shirts, he refused to take back. He told me to call customer care, then tomorrow one person will collect with out returning the money, then need to followup with customer care to get the shirts which i ordered.

Why should i wait, why should i follow the process to get what i ordered.

Please respond immediately and return my money back and take away the worst shirts which you delivered.
